USER AGREEMENT – BESPACE

This User Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between CAAT BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Company") and the user ("User") who accesses services through the Bespace mobile application.
1. DEFINITIONS OF THE PARTIES

User Definition: Any natural or legal person who registers on the Bespace application, uses the services, and electronically agrees to this Agreement.
2. DEFINITIONS
- Application: The mobile communication and sharing platform named "Bespace."
- User: A natural or legal person who benefits from the services through the Application.
- Content: All data, messages, images, audio, video, and other materials shared by users on the Application.
- Service: All digital functions and interaction environments provided by the Application.
- Company: CAAT BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, the legal entity holding all rights and responsibilities regarding the Application.
3. SUBJECT AND SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement governs the terms and conditions of using the Bespace mobile application, the rights and obligations of the parties, data protection principles, and general usage rules. By using the Application, the User declares acceptance of the terms herein. Users who do not accept these terms will not be granted access to the services.
The scope includes:
- All content and services of the Application,
- Information collected from the User,
- All communications, transactions, and disputes that may arise between the parties.
4. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Bespace is a mobile-based digital communication platform focused on social interaction, allowing users to message anonymously. The Application provides features such as sharing visuals, sending location data, viewing chat history, and reporting users. The scope of services may be updated or enhanced by the Company over time in line with technological advancements and user feedback.
5. TERMS OF USE AND REGISTRATION
- Users are obliged to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- Each User is assigned a unique anonymous ID by the system.
- Users may use the Application solely under their own accounts and may not transfer accounts to third parties.
- Creating multiple accounts by the same person is deemed misuse of the service.
- Users bear full legal responsibility for the content they create.
- Users undertake to comply with all applicable laws in their conduct within the Application.
- Users are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of their account credentials. The Company is not liable for misuse resulting from sharing passwords with third parties.
6. AGE RESTRICTION
The Bespace Application is intended solely for individuals aged 17 and above. Use by minors is legally prohibited. The Company reserves the right to request identity verification for age confirmation. Accounts found to belong to users under 17 years old will be terminated.
7. PROHIBITED USES
The User agrees and undertakes not to engage in the following actions:
- Sending offensive, abusive, threatening, sexually explicit, or obscene messages.
- Sharing content that is sexist, racist, discriminatory, or includes hate speech.
- Violations of intellectual property rights including copyrights, trademarks, and patents.
- Spamming, fraud, identity theft.
- Use or distribution of malicious software such as viruses, trojans, or commands causing system crashes.
- Violations of other users' privacy.
- Interfering with the integrity or functioning of the Application's systems.
If such violations are detected:
- The User's account may be suspended or deleted immediately.
- The Company may notify relevant public authorities if deemed necessary.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Application may contain advertisements, links, or content belonging to third parties. The Company does not assume responsibility for the accuracy, content, or security of such third-party services. Users should review the terms and policies of any third-party services before use.
9. PAID SERVICES AND PAYMENTS
Currently, the Application is free of charge. However, the Company may introduce paid services in the future such as premium features, ad-free usage, advanced filtering, or additional profile controls. In such cases, explicit user consent will be obtained and service details provided beforehand. Payment transactions will be processed via secure third-party payment providers.
10. TERMINATION AND ACCOUNT CLOSURE
- Users may close their accounts at any time through the Application.
- The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or delete accounts in cases of contract violation, illegal activities, or multiple complaints from other users.
- Following account closure, user data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
11. AMENDMENTS TO THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement may be updated by the Company at any time without prior notice. Updated versions become effective upon publication within the Application. Users are responsible for monitoring changes. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the changes.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the event of disputes, the Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Parties shall prioritize amicable resolution of disputes.
14. SUPPORT AND NOTIFICATION PROCEDURES
Users may contact the support team regarding any issues, feedback, or suggestions related to the Application via:

The Company aims to respond within 7 business days. User notifications may be recorded to improve service quality.
15. BACKUP AND DATA LOSS
The Company implements regular backup policies to maintain data integrity. However, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company's liability is limited for data loss caused by technical issues, cyberattacks, or force majeure events. Users acknowledge their responsibility to maintain separate copies of important data.
16. FORCE MAJEURE
Events beyond the Company's reasonable control and which could not be prevented by reasonable measures (such as war, natural disasters, fires, epidemics, power outages, internet infrastructure failures, official government decisions, etc.) shall be considered force majeure. The Company's obligations under this Agreement shall be suspended during such events without liability for delay.
